The difference in the quality of build and style is for you to see. A 125cc yzf is built so well for developed markets, whereas in India what we get is a bike designed for India.Well Yamaha wanted to bring in 150cc bike and they did not have it in their portfolio, so what they do? Design one for India. And how do they do it? Give us R15. And how does it fair along side a bike in a lower segment for developed market(yzf-125) build wise? You know the answer.I agree R-15 will be marginally better than the Hunks n gladiators we are getting here but is still way below world standards. And we thought Yamaha r getting serious about Indian market with giving youth what they want. In a way they are. And I am sure these bikes will sell.But for me? I would rather save for a year more and get my hands on ninja-250 which is top notch quality wise than buying something that is made for Indian market.
